On May 17, 2023, Uber hosted their annual global consumer product event, a key moment designed to showcase the company’s latest and most relevant mobility and delivery innovations.

Directly targeting consumers, global press and top-tier influencers for the third year in a row, Uber continued to reinforce that Uber is the one place that helps you go anywhere and get anything, effortlessly.

Production scope included: creative oversight and agency management of David Stark Design, orchestration of 200 person live event in NYC; feat 9 immersive product experiences and the global launch of our 13 min product film, also produced by Alexis.

Uber One x Van Leeuwen

Uber One and Van Leeuwen teamed up to release a limited edition, BBQ-inspired, ice cream. The objective of this co-marketing campaign was to drive sales and ultimately, Uber One memberships.

Production included design and production of ice cream truck, a launch event in the streets of NYC, as well as still & motion assets, used across digital and social channels.

Only On Uber—A Driver Event

In 2022, Uber hosted drivers, investors, analysts and press at multiple locations across the US, to help educate and differentiate Uber’s platform offerings from it’s competitor’s.

At the event, Uber pre-announced top new products and benefits for drivers that emphasized flexibility, earning potential, and recognition that they can only get on the Uber platform. Top drivers were awarded based on rider feedback and ratings, and Uber’s top executives- including their CEO- presented and allowed for Q&A.

Production included but not limited to: creation of video & motion assets for the live event, CRM/Email, social, driver vetting, award and swag fabrication, event management oversight, staffing, A/V, and run of show.
